Is the audit free? What happens after?

Yes, your first audit is 100% free, powered by AI. It gives you a compliance report with the issues detected on your website. This is informational: you can use it to fix things yourself. If you want David to handle the fix for you (audit, changes on your site, appeal letter, Google submission), that is a paid service: $500 for the audit and fix guide, or $2,000 done for you. Fixes are done within 3 days, then Google reviews, usually within a week. We have a 90%+ success rate on the cases we accept.

If I hire you to appeal, is reinstatement guaranteed?

We never guarantee reinstatement, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google always has the final say. What we can tell you: our success rate is over 90% on the cases we accept, we take 3 new cases per week, and on the done-for-you plan, if Google does not reinstate you after two review requests, you get 100% of your money back.
